Plan + Pivot Collective is a retail consulting firm founded by Julie McCarter and Carolyn MacBain-Waldo. Between us we ran merchandising, planning and P&L at Bath & Body Works, Restoration Hardware, Abercrombie & Fitch, J.Crew, Gap and Club Monaco. We work with consumer brands on assortment, open-to-buy and inventory, and we stay through implementation.
